Butterfly birthday card

- • orange bazzill cardstock
• Kaisercraft scrapbook papers flutterby range - long wing, painted lady
• kindy glitz
• self-adhesive rhinestones
• flowers
• happy birthday stickers metallic
• black permanent marker
• double-sided tape
• foam mounting tape
• scissors
• paper trimmer - Step 1
- Cut bazzill cardstock 15cm x 30cm then fold in half. Cut a 14cm x 14cm panel from the painted lady paper, select the area to be displayed on the front of the card and cut that section. Attach to the front of the card using the double-sided tape.
- Step 2
- Cut a 5.5cm x 11cm piece from the long wing paper and another piece 4.5cm x 10cm to create the tag at the top of the card front. Using the black permanent marker, colour over the metallic happy birthday sticker before peeling it from the backing to change the colour from gold or silver to black. Allow a few seconds for it to dry then peel off and stick to the butterfly side of the smallest piece of the long wing paper. Adhere to the larger piece then attach to the front of the card.

- Attach the flowers using the foam mounting tape then embellish the design with the self-adhesive rhinestones and kindy glitz.
