- Materials
- • 21cm x 21cm pink bazzill
• 7cm x 19cm purple bazzill
• black paper scrap
• cardboard scrap
• black stranded cotton
• alphabet stamps
• black stamp pad
• watercolour paper marbled in shaving cream
• scissors
• double-sided tape
• paper trimmer - Step 1
- Marble the watercolour paper using the shaving cream method (this can be found by searching the Spotlight Inspiration Room). Cut to 6cm x 18cm. Stamp with the words using the alphabet stamps and the black stamp pad.
- Step 2
- Adhere the watercolour paper onto the purple bazzill leaving a 5mm border on all sides. Fold pink bazzill in half (10.5cm x 21cm) and adhere the purple card on top.
- Step 3
- To make the mortar board cut a 3cm x 3cm scrap of cardboard and wrap with the scrap of black paper. Create a tassel (also available by searching the Spotlight Inspiration Room) and insert the end into the centre of the board. Adhere the mortar board to the card.
