Final Result

Materials

• Small poly base with comb - hot pink
• Peony rose - hot pink
• Curled Negorie feather cluster - cerise
• Quill - cerise
• 2 x Badger feather clusters - cerise
• Glue gun & glue sticks

Step 1

Glue the cerise quill across the centre of the hot pink poly base with top pointing up to the right and the tip overhanging slightly on the left.

Step 2

Glue the Negorie feather cluster in front of the quill with the feathers fanning up to the right.
Glue the badger feather clusters in front of the quill with the feathers fanning out to the left.

Step 3

Glue the peony rose to the front of the poly base covering the ends of all the feathers.

Note

It is easier to work on the fascinator, if it is pinned onto a decofoam mannequin head.
