Egg cowboy

Final Result

Materials

• 1 pkt medium decofoam eggs
• wooden skewers
• paint - blue & red or colours of choice
• palette & paint brush
• plastic eyes
• craft glue or low-melt glue gun
• cowboy hat
• 1 pkt mixed chenille sticks
• 2 medium brown wooden beads
• 2 small natural wooden beads
• scissors

Step 1

Push a skewer into the top of the egg and paint the bottom half of the egg blue and leave to dry. Glue the eyes onto the top section of the egg.

Step 2

Pull the skewer out of the egg and glue the cowboy hat onto the top of the head. Paint or draw a mouth onto the face.

Step 3

Cut a blue chenille stick in half and push each into the egg for legs. Cut a pink chenille stick into thirds and use two for the arms, pushing them into the body. Push small beads onto the arms for hands and medium beads onto the legs for feet.

To make a family of egg people use different hats & paint colours for the clothes.
